Our Solution
We recommended Ecotile 7mm interlocking tiles as the ideal option. Unlike coatings, Ecotiles do not require adhesives or bonding to the substrate. They are installed as a floating system, providing strength and durability regardless of the concrete condition beneath.
Implementation
- The floor was first ground to remove ridges and create a smoother surface.
- Severely worn areas were filled with a self-leveling compound designed to resist point loads.
- Areas around drains were reinforced with concrete.
- Once cleaned and prepared, the Ecotile system was installed. Within a single day, most of the garage was ready for immediate use.
