The entrance and internal common area had become visually tired, with the existing paving showing signs of wear and uneven appearance. We refurbished the surface using Crosscote, creating a safer anti-slip finish while giving the area a cleaner, more contemporary look. The new red and grey colour scheme helped define the circulation areas, while the existing decorative feature at the entrance was carefully retained and integrated into the finished design. The result is a more welcoming, durable and practical entrance for residents and visitors.
