For this newly built garage, we refined the concrete flooring to achieve a smoother, polished finish. To enhance durability and maintain cleanliness, we applied two coats of heavy-duty acrylic concrete sealer, making the surface easier to clean and maintain.

On the stairs, we applied two coats of Crosscote, providing a cost-effective alternative to marble or travertine while maintaining a sleek appearance. Additionally, the garage ramp was treated with Crosscote to enhance tyre grip, improving safety in wet and rainy conditions.
