The resort’s machine-cut natural stone had become slick under wet conditions, creating slip risks for guests. We bush-hammered the finished surfaces to introduce a uniform, non-slip texture, raising the coefficient of friction for both barefoot and shod traffic. The treatment also refreshed the appearance by removing surface glaze, evening out irregular paving and softening sharp edges—without the disruption, waste or cost of replacement. The result: safer circulation areas with a clean, consistent finish that complements the hotel’s aesthetic.
